Gender Equity Research Phase 3

Hello all,

Thank you all for your interest in my Master's Research on Gender Equity in Snowsports Instruction. I am writing to invite you to participate in the 3rd phase of my Master's Thesis research project on Promoting Gender Equity in Snowsports Instruction. Regardless of whether you have participated in the survey or focus group, you may participate again. 

The 3rd and final phase, which I affectionately refer to as the "Bonkers Cocktail Party" (explained in the video and invitation below) will take place on March 29th from 4:45 to 7pm in the Jefferson Room. It is a large group method, designed to engage all genders in promoting gender equity in snowsports instruction. As many as 50 people can participate, and supervisors and education staff may participate.
