Calling Off Work Procedure

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as illness or personal/family emergencies. To streamline communication and ensure you reach the appropriate people, we've established a sick line email. Simply send an email to the sick line, specifying the reason for your absence. Please provide additional details, such as your expected return date and anything you might need from us. Ideally this email is sent before 8:00am. 

The email is sent to all management and supervisors, so it's important to keep the details clean, relevant, and professional. While you may receive a response to your email, please don't worry if there isn't an immediate reply. A member of the leadership team will reach out later in the day to check on you.
