National Academy / Rider Rally Scholarship Application

Applications are due January 1

In partnership with Women of Winter (WoW), this scholarship program awards Black, Indigenous, Women of Color with an education opportunity to obtain a PSIA-AASI Alpine or Snowboard Level I certification that will encourage and support BIPOC women to pursue opportunities to teach skiing or snowboarding.

12 unique scholarships are available with awards going to 70+ individuals. Applications are due by December 15th or February 15th.

More opportunities to engage with other PSIA-AASI schools and members through events and scholarships.

Many scholarships available for avalanche safety courses, including specific scholarships for women, BIPOC individuals, those wanting to teach avalanche safety, and motorized backcountry users.

Offering two grants for backcountry splitboarders. Applications due January 1st.
