
Other Things to Know
Locker Room
The locker room is reserved for the use of instructors, office staff, and basecamp guides. Friends, family, etc. are prohibited from entering or using the locker room. If you see someone you don’t recognize, introduce yourself.
No Stickers or visible alterations allowed. Please don’t alter the locker room’s appearance.
Full-time staff: 2 pairs of skis/2 boards.
Part-time staff: 1 pair of skis/1 board.
Instructors: 1 pair of boots.
Feel free to customize the interior of your locker for personal use
Remove snow from all equipment before entering the building – even with our HVAC system, it can get steamy in there.
Thoroughly clean the tuning bench, eating table and vicinity immediately after each use.
Respect others’ space and property.
Use locks to secure lockers.
No ski or snowboard equipment is allowed in Madison locker room unless stored inside your locker.
Mountain Sports School Office Area
The office, Yellow Dino and VIP areas are designed and designated for Mountain Sports School guests. Use the locker room for your personal needs: gear, food and water storage, warming up, waiting for lessons, etc.
Office computers are reserved for use by office staff.
Use the back door at the Madison Base office.
The office is not a social gathering space, please avoid congregating without a work purpose.
Except in cases of emergency, avoid calling the Mountain Sports School Sales Desk to talk to your supervisor. Use their individual line.
Tips
Mountain Village office: cash tips will be left with office manager.
Madison Village office: cash tips will be left in office lock box or with Supervisors.
All credit card tips will be added to payroll with appropriate taxes deducted and included in the following pay period.
