Hello Big Sky,
The Ski and Snowboard program is now available online, this is the new platform for special pricing on gear once again for Big Sky Resort team members. With the new site all orders will be online, no orders will be placed in the store. This site was created for special pricing on select product from certain vendors, please see the attached employee purchase program for all the details.
As most of you know the supply chain shortages have caused ripple effects in almost every retail category out there. Salomon and Atomic will not be offered this year. We tried to get ahead of this by placing specific orders in the spring hoping that we could offer something to our employees but with backorder dates getting late into the season we didn’t feel confident that you would get your gear. We will continue to look for ways to improve this employee site for the future and explore different brands.
The attachments should be able to answer most questions, please email me with any additional information you may need. Ski programs available include, Rossignol and Look.
Program Rules & Regulations
• Active Boyne employee personal use purchases only - reselling is strictly prohibited
• Orders are contingent upon supervisor approval - unauthorized purchases are subject to cancellation without notice
• Funds are debited from method of payment within 24-48 hours of checkout
• No direct shipments – orders will be shipped to approved pickup points only
• Orders ship after each vendors program expiration date (see program end dates)
• Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are applied at checkout
• Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited
• Orders are not eligible for BoyneRewards
• Purchases are subject to vendor stock availability
• Limit 2 items per category
• No returns or exchanges – all sales are final
• Winter Equipment Program runs through 10/1/2020
