Hi Mountain Sports Team,

Thank you for the hard work, extra days, long drives, and putting up with some really cold weather this past week. You are amazing and we appreciate the commitment you give and the passion you show.

Our Team Member Engagement Survey closes tomorrow (Sunday, 2/27). If you haven’t already, please take the time to fill it out. It is anonymous and it is very useful as we make future plans. We made some changes this year, based on feedback from last year, and we really want to hear from all of you – were the changes positive? What are we doing well? What could we do better? What changes would you like to see?
