Happy Busy Time and Opening of Madison Base!

It has been great seeing you all out there, I've been impressed with the smiling faces and everyone jumping in to help with the increased volume of guests, on a slowly increasing skiable acreage. Thank you to the Madison crew for your flexibility and helping on the Mountain Village side the past week.

F&B Discount
Here is an important reminder: Our Food and Beverage Team Member Discount is for team members and their family only (when the family is with the team member). This discount isn't for resort guests, or our Mountain Sports School guests. Starting tomorrow F&B team will not allow discounts for guests in our lessons.

If you're sick, stay home policy
I think our team has been doing well with calling in and staying home when sick. A reminder that this policy holds true for our guests as well. If you have a guest who is exhibiting symptoms of illness, we need them to stay home. If you need help from a supervisor enforcing this, please let us know, we are here to help. 

Torchlight Parade
We have our annual Christmas Eve torchlight parade coming up 12/24. We will have more details and a sign up sheet tomorrow.
