It's Cold Out There!!

Hi Team,

We are on a delayed opening this morning. Temps are being re-evaluated each half hour. Earliest open time is 9:30 (about 50/50 chance). If we don't open at 9:30, then we are likely to be able to open by 10.

Group lesson briefing for all at 9:15 - planning to be ready to receive guests at 9:30.

Most lifts are currently spinning. We won't load guests below -20. Between -20 and -15, we will make a decision using factors including sunshine and wind chill.

For MV: Vista Hall is the recommended break area this morning. We are able to use Huntley Dining Room (HDR) as an additional warming area this afternoon - we will be responsible for all clean up of this area, so please help us keep it clean.

For MB: Pavillion is recommended warming area morning and afternoon.

Kids group lessons (and Small Fry Try lessons) - we will give refunds if requested. Adult group lessons, we will re-schedule for another day, or they will pay a 50% cancellation policy. 50% private lesson cancellation fee will apply.
